Yeah I'll hear little comment's people make or when I see past pictures of how I used to look and how fit I was make me so made/sad on how bad I let myself get. That's why I'm starting a blog; so people can see my progress that I am about to make, to see that I am not a fake person who has an unbelievable weight loss story. This is true and it will take time but I know I am helping myself and maybe whoever else follows my blog will know that this time I am not giving up and I am going to push myself to be where I want to be again.
If you want to write me or follow me go ahead. I am here to help myself and others with anything. It's always been hard for me to keep my motivation up but this time I will NOT let it get the best of me.
I am going to start MONDAY, working out 5x a week and doing some resting on the weekends and stretching to prepare me for the week ahead. I am going to start by using the program T25 by Shaun T. I have heard wonderful things about it and I'm very excited to start.
I'll be doing another blog this weekend with my before picture and possibly weight.
